The Sales and Business Development team (“Supply Team”) is growing and we are looking for more talented people who are passionate about helping students find suitable accommodation abroad. We are looking for a Landlord Relations Coordinator to help:

  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for all requests from our Landlord partners
  • Build strong customer rapport through high quality written and oral communication and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge
  • Act as liaison between Landlord partners and the Global booking team to ensure seamless booking process for our students
  • Gather accurate content for new property listings and communicate to the Content team for creation and publication to our site
  • Ensure existing property information is updated as required
  • Manage Landlord records in CRM system to ensure updated contract and contact information
  • Prepare routine booking reports and data analysis for monthly reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews for Landlords
  • Assist with invoicing process and manage Landlord portal
  • Collect intel on Landlord marketing initiatives and communicate to Marketing team
  • Work with Supply team to determine where to increase marketing initiatives
  • Produce weekly Supply report to inform global booking teams of any change to property listings, special offers, etc.
  • Play an active role in creating communication of relevant company updates for monthly business meetings
  • Build strong relationships with team members, and provide flexible and prompt support
